Terms of Service

Article 1. Application

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using “AgreePack” provided by Tsugaru Design Studio, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” Registered users shall use the service after agreeing to these terms.

Article 2. Service details

The service provides features related to document guidance, consent collection, history management, evidence organization, subscription status confirmation, and related functions.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service due to maintenance, improvements, legal compliance, or other circumstances.

Article 3. Registration

A person who wishes to use the service may apply for registration by the method specified by us and may begin using the service when we approve the application.

• You must not apply for registration using false information.
• You must not register while impersonating a third party.
• If your registration information changes, please update it promptly.

Article 4. Account management

Users are responsible for properly managing their email address and password. Operations performed using correct authentication information will be deemed to have been performed by the user themselves.

Article 5. Fees, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

The service offers a Free plan and a Standard plan. Details such as the fees, payment timing, renewal conditions, and other terms for the Standard plan are governed by the pricing display in the service, the Billing page, or other guidance separately shown by us.

1. Fees and payment

The Standard plan usage fee is 2,980 JPY per month. Whether tax is included is determined by the display on the application screen. Payment processing is handled using Stripe.

2. Automatic renewal

Unless the user changes or cancels the plan by the prescribed method, the Standard plan will automatically renew at the end of each contract period.

3. Plan changes

Changes from Free to Standard are made by the method separately specified by us. Changes from Standard to Free are scheduled on the Billing page and take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

As a general rule, paid usage fees are non-refundable. However, this does not apply where required by law or where we individually approve a refund.

Article 6. Prohibited acts

Users must not engage in any of the following acts.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the rights, interests, reputation, or credibility of third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the service
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, vulnerability exploration, or similar acts
• Registration of false information or transmission of inappropriate data

Article 7. Suspension, changes, and termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service for maintenance, failure response, legal compliance, business necessity, or other reasonable grounds.

Article 8. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred by the user.

Article 9. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights related to the service and the service itself belong to us or the rightful owners.

Article 10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with the service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
