WORKFLOW

From PDF registration to evidence export

The target document and the resulting consent record stay connected as one reviewable history.

1

Register a PDF

Store the document by version and select the version to publish.

2

Issue a consent request

Associate the recipient with a document version and issue a URL to share.

3

Confirm after review

The recipient reviews the PDF and submitted information before completing consent.

4

Review or export the history

Review consent histories, audit logs, and documents, then create an evidence pack when needed.

CORE CAPABILITIES

Key features available today

This list describes functionality currently implemented in AgreePack rather than future claims.

PDF

Document version management

Register PDFs by version and manage published and retired states. Consent records remain associated with the relevant version.

LINK

Consent-link operations

Issue links, send and resend email, regenerate links, revoke requests, and manage expiration.

CONFIRM

Explicit confirmation flow

A review screen is shown before consent is finalized, and the server verifies that the displayed and submitted targets still match.

RECORD

Consent history records

Record the document version, declared name and email, consent timestamp, IP address, User-Agent, and related data.

AUDIT

Hashes and audit logs

Apply SHA-256 hashes to documents and consent events, and log important operations for later review.

PACK

Evidence-pack generation

Bundle target documents, consent events, audit logs, and a manifest in a ZIP, with hashes recorded for the pack itself.

RECORDED EVIDENCE

Keep the target and context, not just an “agreed” status

AgreePack organizes the information needed to review what happened and which content was involved.

DOCUMENT

Target document

  • PDF and document version
  • SHA-256 file hash
  • Publish and retire history
CONSENT

Consent record

  • Declared name and contact information
  • Server-recorded consent timestamp
  • IP address and User-Agent
TRACE

Operations and integrity

  • Hash-linked consent events
  • Audit logs for important operations
  • Evidence-pack manifest
SERVICE SCOPE

Role and scope of the service

We publish the current scope so users can decide whether AgreePack fits their intended process.

AgreePack is a consent management service

Its primary purpose is to organize the content presented and the resulting consent record so they can be reviewed later.

It is not an electronic-signature service

AgreePack does not currently provide statutory electronic signatures, certificate-based signing, eKYC, or external trusted timestamps.

Identity and legal effect are not universally guaranteed

Legal assessment varies with the document, parties, identity checks, applicable law, and individual circumstances.

When stronger identity assurance is required

Consider a dedicated service or an additional control for processes requiring strict identity verification or statutory electronic signatures.
