Communication fees required for internet access are borne by the user.

Payment timing
Payment is processed when applying for the Standard plan, and subsequent charges are made at each renewal timing for the contract period.
Service availability
The Free plan is available after registration is completed. The Standard plan becomes available after payment is completed and the prescribed activation process is reflected.
Contract period and automatic renewal
The Standard plan is a monthly subscription and automatically renews unless the user changes or cancels it by the prescribed method.
Cancellation and plan changes
Changing from Standard to Free is scheduled from the Billing page and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Changing from Free to Standard is done through the prescribed application procedure.
Refunds and cancellations
As a general rule, paid usage fees are non-refundable. However, this does not apply where required by law or where we individually approve a refund.
