Standard renews automatically at ¥2,980 per month. Payment is made when you subscribe and at each renewal. You can schedule a change to Free from the Billing screen, and the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You can schedule a change from Standard to Free from the Billing screen. The change will be applied when the current subscription period ends.
As a general rule, refunds are not provided and the service remains available until the end of the subscription period. We will review special circumstances such as service issues individually.
